WildLights!

We finally made it! Missed Santa this year, but still enjoyed walking around and enjoying the beautiful light display. The Living Desert is a wild life reserve all year, but at Christmas they transform it into a colorful winter wonderland! They have this great train village that they keep expanding. It is really quite amazing!

If you ever get this way, you have to visit the Living Desert.

Tuesday night...

we all met at the Price's house and went Christmas caroling. This is a fun tradition that we have been doing for the last few years. Camdyn and Corynn got to join us this year and really enjoyed it. Camdyn loved running up to the door to ring the bell and run. As soon as someone answers, we sing a carol and then sing "We wish you a Merry Christmas" and then yell Merry Christmas and move on. Corynn would end it by yelling "God bless you!"

We went back to the Price's house for hot cocoa and smores! Yummy!! A fun family night!

What a Christmas week we had...

starting last Saturday. I picked the twins up to come and stay for the week and we started out that night with the annual open house at Doug and Kym's (no pics of that, but we had a fun time with family and friends.)

Sunday night, we all met at Doug and Kym's and headed off to Minerva Street. Every year, every house on this street decorates for Christmas and draws quite a crowd. We had fun walking down the street and checking out all the houses. The twins especially loved the big snowman and tried to take some of it home in their pockets! We had some pooped pups as we headed off for home.
